im back!!! 2 weeks long. nice people, nono great people, but still, an awful long time. i missed singapore =) chennai isnt bad you know. at least not as bad as i thought it would be. it looked different, smelt different, even sounded different. i like cows lahhh. you can see cows walking everywhere. theyre just so goddamn adorable. ahhHHhh. and it looks exactly like how it is in the movies. LOL. i love it its just so different from singapore. the stores, the vehicles, even the air is different. i know i know i keep using the word different, but encarta has been erased from fuji baby, so i cant find another word to use (:(:(:
and its like, theres something happening every single minute. you can never get bored, you can just walk out and theres sth going on. its VERY entertaining, really. and i loveee it when people horn. pehpehpehpohpoh!! (refer to me for exact sound) and theres no reason really for these people to horn, i think its just to make noise lah. but i love it. we all love it, dont we?
the kids were irritating, but nevertheless adorable. really cute. but it was really difficult communicating with them. they spoke tamil, i spoke english, i think they wanted to pull my hair out when i couldnt understand what on earth they were talkin about for the past one hr. ahhaha. but still they were cute. ah, i dont mind having them as my kids. theyre just so chweeet!
we had to eat veg everyday, which is terrible because i dont even LOOK at vegetables in singapore. but i managed to survive, thanks to everyone who motivated me to eat. yes, i need motivation even to EAT :D
lizards were fat and juicy in chennai. good enough to chomp on. well i was so meat deprived i was ready to pick any dog off the street and eat it. but yes, back to the lizards. we scream at least five times every night because the lizards are huge and they like to look as though theyre gonna drop off any minute, and theyre so big you can actually see the stripes on their icky slimy tails.
but i think the only thing that made the whole trip worthwhile really was the people. we hung together at night, crapping, doing all kinds of shit together. it was really cool lahh. eating together, sleeping together, shaving our legs together. hehe. we did a hell lot of talking together, and we became really close. words really cant describe how i feel like. seriously. (yay, i can use this line like FINALLY) but i feel really close to these people. hanging out in the living room, in the boys room. oh yes, the boys room is like one hell hole lahhh. go in and you smell nth but smoke, see nth but alcohol, and hear nth but music blasting. hahahahaah. nice nice. i likeee. we ll be talking, slacking, and yes, playing murderer. AHHAHAHAHA. it was fkin fun. of cuz, we had some girl time too. picked up a few tricks. ahhaha. i just love everyone. late night rj rushing, just talking, asking dumb questions, flicking one another, simple everything.
shopping wasnt as good as i thought it would be. nth really caught my eye, so i had to crack my head over how i could spend all my money by the end of the trip. i think i ended up the richest on the last day. ahhhahaahhaahahah. but after running here and there, yup, i got most of the things i wanted. oh yes malini i got you karmasutra shit. yippee yippee yay yay!! ud better love it i tell you.
and i love the bus. though some idiot pulled my hair while i was sleeping. the others had a lot of stories to tell too. hehe.
oh oh, and we spent two days at the slum area, and it was so cool lah. the beaches and all were so cool, the wind was so fresh, i just felt like making out over there. hahaah dont ask me why, but i just felt that way. the place is just so gorgeous, i dont think u can ever find such a place back in lion city. and the nights we spent at the roof terrace. it was just so fkin fun.
actually come to think of it, despite chennai being so hot (you feel sticky even after coming out of the shower) and the vegetables and lizards and everything else, the times we spent together as a team and with the kids made it all worthwhile (:(:(:
the people at the guesthse were great too. and though we had quite a number of conflicts during the trip, and tons of problems (i seriously just wanted to get out of india at that time), the trip turned out great. and though ive become darker and skinnier -_-" , the trip was really worth it. i dont regret it, and i think its really a once-in-a-lifetime experience (god, i sound like some corny dodo), and its really unforgettable :P the things that happened, the fun we had, it just cant be expressed in words. and its really too much to write it all down. okie okie fine, i admit im just lazy. but be happy ive written such a longgggggg entry today :P
